Your invitation plan
Wedlink creates personalized wedding invitation websites. The ₹1,500 two-theme plan is a one-time total for any two different themes for the same wedding. It includes two separately published invitation websites, two unique links and two matching invitation PDFs.
You enter wedding details and photos once for both designs. RSVP is optional; when enabled, both websites share the wedding’s guest list. The wedding magazine is a separate browser-based trial supporting up to 150 photos; it is not an extra published website in this invitation plan.
Custom domains and other services are not included unless separately described and agreed before purchase.
Preview & publishing
Check the selected themes, spelling of names, wedding date, time zone, event times, venues, photos and map links in the preview before publishing. Samples contain illustrative wedding details.
Saved drafts remain private. Publishing requires a valid free-publishing promo code while the promotion is available, or confirmed payment when paid checkout becomes available. Both design PDFs must be prepared for a two-theme order before publication. A code applies only under the promotion shown at the time of use; do not assume it will remain available indefinitely.
Your customer account & later edits
Each published wedding order receives a customer Login ID. Both invitation websites in a two-theme order belong to that wedding account. Temporary passwords shown on your private completion page expire after 24 hours; set your own password at first login. Email password setup and recovery require our professional sender to be available.
Use My Invitations to edit your wedding details, photos and selected designs. Save and preview changes, then apply the update after both matching PDFs are ready. Existing live links and guest responses are preserved. These updates do not create a new payment. Keep your Login ID, password and one-time email links private.
A completion page provides the live links and available PDF downloads. Confirmation email delivery requires our professional sender to be configured; a saved order or download does not mean an email has been sent.
Your photos & details
Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including permission from people shown in your photographs. Keep wedding and guest information accurate. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material.
Your photos and words remain yours. By providing them, you permit Wedlink to store and process them to create, host and deliver the invitation you request. This does not grant permission to use your wedding content in our public marketing.
Wedlink’s template art and website design are provided for your invitation. They are not sold as a template library for redistribution or resale.
Privacy & guest data
A published invitation is shareable: anyone who receives its link can open it. Carefully choose which photographs, addresses, family details and travel information to publish. Guest pages are marked for search engines not to index; that does not make the link private or guarantee removal from search results.
Wedding details, uploaded photos, generated PDFs and order information are processed to operate your invitation. Checkout, when enabled, is handled by the payment provider; enter payment details only in the provider’s checkout. The buyer’s email is used for order confirmation and delivery when available.
When RSVP is enabled, guests can provide attendance, guest count and optional contact or arrival information. These responses are available through the owner’s private management access. Do not share the management link or your owner access. Ask guests only for information needed for your celebration.
Account security
Account records include your wedding order, Login ID, recovery email and a salted password hash. We do not store your password in readable form. Random session cookies identify your signed-in device; password changes revoke other account sessions. One-time email setup or reset links expire after one hour. The original browser can access older saved invitations until a permanent customer password is set. After that, private access requires customer login. Logging out clears this browser’s customer and owner-access cookies.
Your wedding backup
After setting your own password, use your customer dashboard to download both current PDFs, uploaded photos, wedding details and shared RSVP/wish records in one ZIP. Guest responses may include private contact and arrival details. Keep this backup private and share only invitation PDFs with guests. The download is a personal archive, not an automated site-restore file.
Invitation help & AI chat
Quick-help topics use prepared Wedlink information and do not send a conversation to an AI provider. Free-text AI chat is shown only when connected. Before sending an AI question, you must agree to send your message and recent conversation context to OpenAI for an answer. Avoid personal guest information, payment details, passwords and private invitation-management links.
Chat conversation text stays in the current page’s memory and is not saved in Wedlink’s database. Clearing the conversation or reloading the page removes the local conversation. AI requests disable response storage, but the provider may retain data under its own security and data policies. Read OpenAI’s data controls.
When AI chat is used, aggregate daily usage counters and a daily hash of the platform-provided IP address, when available, are used to limit requests. Raw IP addresses and chat text are not stored in those counters. Counters from earlier days are cleared on subsequent AI requests.
AI answers may be inaccurate. They are guidance and cannot confirm payment, publish an invitation, access your order, issue a promo code or approve a refund. The plan and checkout details shown by Wedlink take precedence over chat suggestions.
Subscriber 20% offer
Request one unique offer code by email. A valid code reduces the ₹1,500 Two Designs, One Wedding plan to ₹1,200 total for two invitation websites. One code per email, redeemable for one paid order using that same email. It cannot be combined with free publishing or another discount, and does not apply retrospectively. Starting a payment checkout reserves the code for that order. If a checkout expires unpaid, reopen that saved order and retry with its original email and code. The payment provider must confirm expiration before another checkout can start. A code stays reserved to its original order; contact support if you cannot reopen it.
Offer emails open when our verified sender is configured. The signup requests one offer email, not ongoing marketing messages. We store the email, consent time, unique code, delivery status and redemption record privately to deliver and validate the offer. Codes are not shown publicly.
Payments & cancellations
The two-theme plan is priced at ₹1,500 total. Paid checkout is not yet available. When enabled, review the final total in checkout before confirming payment. A payment must be verified before a paid order is published.
A detailed cancellation/refund policy and legal business details will be provided before paid orders are accepted. These preview terms do not declare a blanket “no refunds” policy or waive any rights under applicable law. A free-publishing promotion does not involve a payment to refund.
Links & availability
Each published design receives a unique wedding link; name availability is resolved during publishing. A personalized link on the current hosting address is different from a purchased custom domain.
Save your invitation links and download your PDFs. Hosting duration, renewal terms and any later custom-domain arrangement are not specified in this launch preview and must be confirmed before paid purchase. Maintenance, connectivity and third-party services may affect availability.
